Do you remember how it felt to be bored when you were a kid? Absolutely nothing to do except weave strands of grass or stare at the clouds.

This kind of boredom triggers a state in our brains linked to imagination and creative thinking. Your brain has the chance and the space to wander and daydream.

But these days?

It’s a different kind of boredom, one brought about by too much stimulation, and one with no space for our brains to even think of wandering…
